Greetings Ladies of LLL - NYW !!!!
In helping to coordinate our conference in Ithaca on April 29th, I would like to ask each group to come forth and participate in our raffle and silent auction. Thus, I am requesting that each GROUP put together ONE theme basket for AUCTION and ONE theme basket for RAFFLE.
Basket themes and contents are only limited by your imagination. For ideas on what to put together, think about what you personally would bid on at a conference or things that you have seen while in attendance at other conferences that caught your eye. Possible themes could be household goods, new baby items, AP items, wooden toys, healthful products, books, etc.
Please let me know what the baskets are going to contain when you know, so that I may put together a list and give each group credit for their donation. I'm excited to see what we all come up with as I know the creativity of LLL mothers is boundless :)
Also, I would like to do a clothing sale at the conference. Please bring your sorted baby/toddler/maternity clothes that are in good condition so that we may sell them to each other while raising some money for LLL. It'll be the ultimate "consignment shop" and probably where I'll do a great deal of my own shopping!
